The Best Grilled Sqaush Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Zucchini
  • 3 Yellow Squash
  • 4 tbs Rosemary
  • 2 tbs Thyme
  • 2 tbs Sweet Marjorie
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1: Mix all the olive oil and the fresh herbs and let set for 30 minute

Step2: Cut the squash lengthwise, so that your squash won’t slide through the grill

Step3: Place the squash in a large bowl and drizzle your olive oil mixture over the top and let sit for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Step4: Lay the squash on the grill and flip once after about 2 minutes

Serve immediately
